Roof Coating

When you’re looking to hire a contractor to apply coating to your roof, materials matter.  A lot of roofing companies use an acrylic, water-based coating as their standard.  If you’ve ever worked with anything water-based, you know that it’s simply not going to hold up as well once it comes into contact with water.  This results in a membrane that deteriorates quickly and doesn’t protect your roof from the elements the way it should.  And when the rainy season comes on as strongly and suddenly as it does in East Texas, the last thing you want is your coating falling apart at the seams, causing costly leaks and structural damage! Whenever we apply coating to any kind of roof, we make sure the material we’re using is silicone-based for a significantly more durable finish.
